Andrew Cooper (born 23 December 1964 in) is a former Australian Olympics rowing champion. He competed in two Olympic Games — 1988 Summer Olympics and 1992 Summer Olympics, and was a member of the "Oarsome Foursome" in 1991 and 1992.
