Andy Allen is based in-between the UK the US and has been involved in the British Music scene for over 20 years.
He is the CEO of Backstreet International Merchandise Ltd and President of Backstreet International Merchandise inc. which has been providing merchandise for nearly 20 years servicing bands and record labels.
In recent years the Company has developed a client base far beyond the realms of music, supplying a wide range of merchandise and marketing support for corporate promotional purposes.
Recent clients include: Robbie Williams, Razorlight, Babyshambles, CSS, The Gossip, The Charlatans, Richard Ashcroft, Damien Rice, Gogol Bordello, Fall Out Boy, Blur, Tesco, Radio 1, Charlton Athletic F.C., Random House, Harper Collins, Sony PlayStation, Polydor Records, EMI Records, Universal Records, Carlton TV and The Capital Group to name but a few.
He is also the sole proprietor of a management company, Offside Management which has enjoyed considerable success with the likes of Reef, who's second LP sold in excess of 500,000 records worldwide and Swervedriver, who have had success in the US with the release of four Albums and have toured that territory numerous times since their inception in 1989.
In addition to this he has been very active in the UK club scene since 1987.
His club, Syndrome, successfully promoted for 5 years was the first 'Indie' club in the UK and became the home of many alternative bands when in London.
To date he promotes the Underworld nightclub in London on a Friday and Saturday night which operates an alternative music policy.
