Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance Services is an international air ambulance company stationed in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Angel MedFlight began in 2006 with CEO and President Jeremy Thomas Freer. After working in the medical field, Jeremy witnessed instances where medical professionals would disassociate themselves from patients and their families. Jeremy wanted to change this, so he created a company within an industry he was passionate for, a company that focused on the patient, and revolved around not only providing premier medical care, but great customer service as well. From this Ideology, Angel MedFlight was created.
Angel Medflight utilizes from Aero Jet Services a fleet of medically dedicated jets and twin-engine aircraft, operated under a fully conforming and operational FAA Part 135 certificate. Aircrafts are never chartered or leased out; they are medically customized and used exclusively for patient transport. Before putting an aircraft into air ambulance service, Aero Jet Services invests considerable time and money into outfitting and maintaining it. Aero Jet Services continues to maintain state-of-the-art fleet, constantly ensuring those aircraft are safe and airworthy. In fact, for every 1 hour that an aircraft is in the air, 1.8 hours are spent on maintenance.
Each of Aero Jets fully customized aircraft is equipped with the leading technologies in medical devices and monitoring capabilities. We use the most up to date technology in the air medical industry. The wireless technologies we utilize en route transmit critical patient data to waiting physicians, significantly decreasing wait time after touchdown and increasing the efficacy of treatment.
Medical equipment used on these aircraft include: Custom stretcher and base, ventilator, multi-channel IV pump, hear monitor with instant digital wireless transmitting, antibiotics for parasitic infections, and broad spectrum antibiotics for bacterial infections.
Angel Medflight’s Medical Staff include:
•Critical Care Flight Nurses (CEN, CFRN)
•Critical Care Flight Paramedics (CCEMTP, FPC)

Angel MedFlight's team of flight coordinators are responsible for managing the travel arrangements for their patients and their patient's families. Flight Coordinators are available 24 hours a day and will arrange all ground and air medical transportation.
Angel MedFlight is the only air ambulance company who employs a legal team with the sole responsibility of working with their patient’s insurance company. Air ambulance services are often denied coverage because they are deemed "medically unnecessary." For this reason, all other air ambulance companies charge up front, and out of the patients pocket for their services with no talk of helping the patient to submit a claim. Angel MedFlight’s Legal Team works with insurance companies to prove medical necessity, resulting in no out-of-pocket expenses in most cases.
