Angela Bailey (born 28 February 1962 in Coventry, England) is a former Canadian track and field athlete.

Angela Bailey is the current Canadian Record Holder in the 100 metres. She holds the record in a time of 10.98 seconds. At the time that record gave her a ranking of fourth in the world. The time was set in Budapest, Hungary in 1987.

Bailey won a silver medal for the 4 x 100 m relay at the 1978 Commonwealth Games, and did so again in both the 1982 and 1986 games. At the 1983 World Championships she placed 5th in the 100 metres and 7th in the 200 metres. At the same event in 1987 she placed 7th in the 100 m.

At the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles Bailey came in 6th in the 100 metres and the silver medal with the Canadian team, made up of Marita Payne, Angella Taylor-Issajenko and France Gareau.
