Anita Chandra, M.D.(born December 2, 1969) is a second-generation
Indian-American physician and a contributing consulting
pediatrician for Fox News Chicago, IL. Dr. Chandra is an Adjunct
Professor of Pediatrics at Northwestern University and a partner of
Northwestern Memorial Physician's Group. Dr. Chandra specializes in
immunizations and vaccination policy. She is frequently consulted
by various academic and media outlets for her expertise in child
nutrition, immunization and general health. She was named
Outstanding Physician of the Year for 2005 presented by the SEED
Foundation. Dr. Chandra is currently writing a book to guide
parents on raising Indian children in
America.
