Anna Torv (born April 15, 1979) is an Australian actress who plays FBI agent Olivia Dunham on the Fox series Fringe. She is also known for her role as the voice, motion capture performer, and face of the main character Nariko in the Playstation 3 game Heavenly Sword.
Anna Torv was born in Melbourne, Victoria to Susan and Hans Torv and grew up on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Anna's father is of Estonian descent. She has one younger brother named Dylan. She has been estranged from her father Hans Torv since she was 8 years old. Her paternal aunt is the writer, Anna Maria Torv Murdoch Mann, who was married for 31 years to billionaire media mogul Rupert Murdoch. Torv was married in December 2008 to her Fringe co-star Mark Valley.
Torv appeared in the BBC series Mistresses. She also played the voice of Nariko in the video game Heavenly Sword where her face was also used for the character model. She currently plays FBI Agent Olivia Dunham in the American series Fringe. She was nominated for a 2009 Saturn Award for Best Actress on Television for her performance on Fringe  and recently received an Australians in Film Breakthrough award. She is currently filming season 2 of Fringe in Vancouver, British Columbia.
