Annie (
Urdu:

Noor–ul–Ain<ref>
[219] </ref> in 1987) is a Pakistani pop singer.
She is a rising star and her catchy bilingual beats have gained widespread popularity among South Asians.
Life and music career
Annie was born in 1987 in
Lahore,
Punjab,
Pakistan.
Her parents moved to
East London,
England when she was six months old and that is where she has grown up<ref>
[220] "I'm an Eastender" </ref>.
During a summer vacation in Pakistan while she was 15 years old, Annie met famous pop singer
Abrar-ul-Haq.
Abrar invited her to open his charity concert show in
Sargodha, which she accepted.
After singing
Celine Dion's "
My Heart Will Go On" infront of thousands of people, Annie was inspired to pursue a music career<ref>

Her parents supported her and arranged for an
ustad to give her vocal and
harmonium lessons.
As Annie is becoming increasingly popular in Pakistan, she has moved back to Lahore.
She is performing at music shows and record companies from both Pakistan and India have been calling her.
She toured the USA with
Rhythm Dhol Bass and
Atif Aslam.
RDB also helped remix her song "Mahiya".
Annie is also popular in India.
"Mahiya" is a soundtrack song of the Indian movie
Awarapan.
However, she hasn't been approached to sign up for the Association of Music Professionals of Pakistan (AMPP) yet.<ref>
