Anthony Pasquale Fico was born in Mt.Vernon, New York and moved to Yonkers, New York at a young age. His father introduced him to the sweet science when he was still young. He boxed on occasion with his dad. When he was 12 years old and in the 7th grade he started boxing everyday under the training of former Middleweight Champion Doug Dewitt, another fighter out of Yonkers. Anthony then moved to the Yonkers Police Athletic League to train after over two and a half years of Doug Dewitt's gym. The Yonkers P.A.L. entered him in the New York State Silver Gloves in the 119lbs weight class. On December 2nd, 2006 he won his first boxing match which included one knockdown of his opponent leading him to a 4-1 decision. Anthony Fico is currently training along with other Yonkers boxers for upcoming fights.
