Anthony Laughton (Born 01/01/92) is a
radio
presenter and
journalist from
Melbourne,
Australia.
Laughton began his media career at
15 years of age, presenting shows on youth radio station
SYN. In that year during June he
was invited to guest of
SEN 1116 program
Finey's Final Siren by the host
Mark Fine. During
this time he also began news reading for the station as well.
Laughton also completed work experience at the
AFL Record, and Jescom. He now
writes on a casual basis for Jescom <ref name="Province Express
- Jescom - Article"> </ref> <ref name="Province Express
- Jescom - Article 2"> </ref>.
He then moved his news
reading duties to
Joy
94.9 in 2008. He is also preparing for work experience at the
The Herald
Sun. In the same year he was accepted as a roving
reporter for a
Victoria government website Youth

Laughton is a former
athlete, representing
Victoria is the Australian All Schools and Youth
Athletics Championships in 2005 for the 400 meters <ref
name="Results 2005 Nationals"> </ref>
. He is a state
champion of Victoria in the 400 meters.
