Appella was born in 1943 at Porrentruy, Switzerland. The brand was created by Jahre Paul Glocker, the legendary Swiss horologist and Chairman of EBOSSA group. Montres Appella Sarl has its corporate headquarters in Geneve, Switzerland, and the brand is currently registered in 70 countries world-wide. Soon after its inception Appella watches were introduced in distinctive, selective luxury timepieces keeping abreast with the vogue, yet maintaining the conventional Swiss tradition. Appella belongs to the select & elite category of Swiss watch manufacturers who produce 18K solid gold, Diamond and high-end mechanical watches. With the corporate headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Appella maintains regional corporate hubs in Los Angeles (USA) and Dubai (UAE).

Appella timepieces have been manufactured by professionally qualified horologists in accordance with highest standards of Swiss watch making tradition. The Appella 18K solid gold watches, are individually certified by the Swiss Central Office for Precious Metal Control for the purity of the gold contents and each watch has a traceable unique serial number engraved on the back of the case. The wide variety of this Collection range from 1.2 mm ultra slim watches fitted with genuine Louisiana crocodile leather to automatic, mechanical-chronograph, dress pair and VVS quality diamond-studded watches and are available in yellow, white and rose gold.

The Appella Classique Collection, the non-gold watches, is 3/5 micron gold electroplated and are mostly fitted with sapphire glass and push button buckles. All watches are water resistant up to 30 meters and carry an international replacement guarantee of one year from the manufacturer from the date of purchase.
