Gregory
The father of Ophelia is the oldest character, and is the who
behind the life of Ms. Miller.
Prescott Bridgeman
Prescott
Bridgeman is a big, strong 29-year old engineer. Orphaned at a
young age, he decided to learn about his roots and became a
genealogy buff. He discovered he was a direct descendant of the
Salem Witches' executioner, and that a curse had been placed on his
family. A devout skeptic, he soon joined the American Association
for Psychic Research, with the goal of disproving any claims of
supernatural powers by anyone, anywhere. With his homemade infrared
photographic film, motion sensors and other pseudo-scientific
equipment, he has debunked several frauds all over North
America.
His inquiries led him to meet Dr. MacDermoth and his
daughter, Ophelia, on several occasions. They soon started
collaborating, and their partnership became even stronger once they
collided with seemingly real manifestations of the Great Ancients.
However, Prescott still maintains a healthy dose of skepticism,
even after being a live witness to most of these supernatural
occurances.
Ophelia
Daughter of Gregory, has a beautiful
voice.
Baroness
A mysterious character, was mentioned in
the first series but not seen till the second. She had one brother
who died in the first series.
