Arium Corporation sells In-circuit emulator for Intel, Arm and AMD processors. It is currently based in Tustin, California. Prior products included Logic analyzer, and debug tools for system development.

The ML-4400 is a modular unit and supports various plugins boards to support up to 320 channels of input. The ML-4400 requires adapter pods as well as the plugin boards to function.

The ML-4100 is a fixed unit which supported various logic analyzer modes, as well as pods for monitoring various CPUs for debug purposes. The ML-4100 has a 60 pin bus which allows connection of pods. This bus is not compatible with the ML-4400, unless a special adapter is used.
