Arizona Masters Swimming is a not-for-profit/tax-exempt organization that provides organized workouts, competitions, clinics, and workshops for adults aged 18 and over. It is affiliated with United States Masters Swimming (USMS) and is the Local Masters Swimming Committee (LMSC) for the state.

Masters swimming is open to all adult swimmers (fitness, triathlete, competitive, non-competitive) who are dedicated to improving their fitness through swimming. All programs are designed to help participants improve fitness and/or train for specific goals, and offer active support for a healthy lifestyle through friendship and camaraderie.

Major events


Throughout the year, Arizona Masters participates in pool, postal, and open-water events at venues across the state. Arizona Masters also participates in the two USMS National Meets along with the La Jolla Roughwater Swim.

    AZ LMSC begins its registration renewal process on November 1 of each year.
