Arkansas's 4th congressional district is the congressional district covering the southern half of the U.S. state of Arkansas, excluding Little Rock. Notable towns in the district include Camden, Hope, Hot Spings, Magnolia, Pine Bluff, Texarkana. It is currently represented by Democrat Mike Ross.

George W. Bush received 51% of the vote in this district in 2004. John McCain swept the district in 2008 with 58.14% of the vote while Barack Obama received 39.33% here.
