The Armenian Border Guard (Հայաստանի Սահմանի Պահակություն) is the branch of the Armed Forces of Armenia that is responsible for guarding Armenia's borders. Armenia is bordered by four countries: Turkey, Azerbaijan, Iran and Georgia.

Armenia established its Ministry of Defence on 28 January 1992. The border guards subject to the Ministry, patrol Armenia's borders with Georgia and Azerbaijan, while Russian troops continue to monitor its borders with Iran and Turkey.[1]
