Arrowhead Lutheran Camp is a Lutheran summer camp and retreat center in the San Bernardino Mountains. it is in the viscinity of Lake Arrowhead and is locotaed just below Rim of the World High School. As their official website states:

Nestled 5,436 feet high among the pine, conifers and oaks of the San Bernardino Mountains, Arrowhead Lutheran Camp is a nonprofit, year round Conference and Retreat Center serving men, women, children and families in a variety of programs. We are located less than two hours from Los Angeles and 20 minutes from San Bernardino via Highway 18 and are 2 miles south of Lake Arrowhead.

It was established in 1954 by churches from the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod and has been conducting summer camp and retraits ever since. it caters to children of a number of ages, 5 to high School students. It even has a camp that is specifically designed for people with disabilities.
Each summer there are a number of different camps spread out through a 6-8 week period.
there are different levels of camp councelor. The Senior councelors are over 18 and finished with high school and generally stay at the camp throughout the entire summer. Youth councelors are called on a weekly basis, they can start as early as age 13. Of course there is also the camp Director and the bragran director and secretaries. The councelors usually take on an Native American name, the junior councelors have an english name that sounds like something a Native American would be named and the Senior councelors have names in various native american languages. The Senior counselors come from all over the United States not just from california. There is also a weekly camp Pastor who will lead prayers and give a sermon of sorts during campfire. The Children who come to the camp participate in songs games, and other activities and it is generally an enjoyable experiance for everyone.

It's services are not limited to Summer camp and retreats, certain events can be held here. it also has a great outdoor education program.
