The Aryan Doctrine is name given to a set of Information technology projects first unveiled by Mohammad H. Aryan a Professional Persian researcher in his Research thesis given on February 3, 2007. The plan, taken together, outlined a broad new phase in Iran policy that would place greater emphasis on Information Technology, unilateral action, and a commitment to "extending democracy, liberty, and security to all regions" specially to Middle East, India and European regions. The plan was formalized in a document titled The Aryan Middle East Doctrine , published on February 3, 2007. Summary

The pre history researchers say that some thousands of years ago Aryan nations moved from Siberia to find good place for living, the emigrant nation divided to three groups, first group moved to India, second group moved to Middle East, and third group moved to Europe and created the nations of Persia, India and Europe, a few thousands of years ago. But after that they did some wars by themselves and were analized smaller nations. The reason was discord and wars.

Quran, (the bible of Muslims) says : “ All people are a single nation; so God raised prophets as bearers of good news and as warners , and he revealed with them the book with truth, that it might judge between people in that in which they differed; and none but the very people who were given it differed about it after clear arguments had come to them, revolting among themselves; so God has guided by His will those who believe to the Truth about which they differed; and God guides whom He pleases to the right path.” (Holy Quran Al-Bagarah Ayat 213).

I started Reading when I was 5 . I used to think about my readiness. One of interesting subjects was planning of my life. After a few years I decided to Plan my life. I learned before that, the best thing that I can work for, was love, I told myself. But which kind of love I must make? I wondered. Earthy Love? I experienced loving and adoring them, but find that true love is suffism love or divinity love and loving all the people all around the world and making them happy.

Information technology has changed all our life. among 7 billion of the world population, there is about one billion peoples that use Internet. Researchers expect that in a few years later internet Based empires (Online Service Providers) will serve approximately 2 billion population of the world.

Technology lets some innovative peoples to create Informational Empire. Internet based Companies like Paypal, Ebay, Yahoo, Google, Amazon and so on… gathered near one billion peoples to serve them. Only yahoo has over 300 million registered users!

the representatives of the peoples of the world, have gathered in Tunis from 16-18 November 2005 for the second phase of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) to reiterate their unequivocal support for the Geneva Declaration of Principles and Plan of Action adopted at the first phase of the World Summit on the Information Society in Geneva in December 2003.

For example at the document ” WSIS-II/PC-2/DOC/ 6-E “ Government of Canada signed the commitment to promote and support numerous activities that fall within the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) action lines. Government of Canada programs and activities encourage partnerships with other Canadian, as well as international, stakeholders. This includes partnering with civil society i.e. the private sector, academic institutions and non-governmental organizations in addition to other levels of government in order to implement programs both domestically and internationally.

Now United nations pursues these action lines. Nowadays Some people on the internet are looking for a solution to concentrate all of the internet resources and population. Some innovative peoples have created Virtual nation and named it “MicroNation”. Also some peoples developed central bank for the Micronations. Other people working on projects with the subject of borderless cities and countries. I think this is possible and soon we will find this solution. The game of this idea developed a few years ago and now over 100 thousands of people were participated with the game named “Second Life” you can do business at this virtual world, buy, sell and share your life with others.
