The Ashgabat Flagpole is the tallest flagpole in the world, standing at 133 metres tall, is situated in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan and was erected on 26 June 2008.

The Ashgabat Flagpole is recognised by the Guinness Book of World Records as the Tallest unsupported flagpole.^[1]
