AsiaRooms, a part of TUI Travel PLC, is a online hotel reservation service provider primarily in Asia and Oceania regions. The company's website - AsiaRooms.com also offers flight booking and travel insurance through its travel partners. Its operations are based in Singapore and Chonburi in Thailand.

History

The company was founded by Philippe Capdeville in 1994. It was acquired by TUI Travel PLC in September 2007 ^[1] to augment its presence in Asia and Pacific. In September 2008, Asiarooms announced a new partnership with Sprice.com, a leading European real-time travel search engine.^[2]
