Asli Bayram (born April 1, 1981) is a German actress and model of Turkish descent, who is best known for being Miss Germany in 2005.[1]

Asli Bayram was born in Darmstadt, Germany into a Turkish family. Her hometown, Darmstadt, was nicknamed the "German Town of Science".[2]
At 12 years old, Bayram answered the door to a neo-Nazi neighbour wielding a gun at her Darmstadt apartment. As her father lunged to push his daughter out of harm's way while slamming the door shut, the gun shot passed through the door, and into her father's stomach. Her father died from the wound.[3]
Since October, 2007 regular theatrical appearances on stage with "The Diary of Anne Frank" as a scenic reading, so during a Canada Tour in November 2008, as her first stage appearance in North America, invited by the Simon Wiesenthal Center[1] and in Cooperation with the Theatre Te-Amim [2], Toronto [3].
The motto of Asli Bayram is: "You can do anything if you really want to".
