Ass to pussy is a colloquial term, in sexology and pornography, for the removal of the penis or another object from the receptive partner's anus followed by the immediate insertion of the penis or object into the receptive partner's, or another partner's vagina. It is also known as A2P, ATP, and Double Dipping.

Ass to pussy generally excludes cleaning the penis or other object after its removal from the anus and before its subsequent insertion into the vagina. Because of the possibility of fecal contamination of the penis, this practice carries a high risk of infection to the vaginal lining, and could also result in a urinary tract infection (UTI) or yeast infection for the receiver. One way to mitigate this risk is to wear a condom for anal penetration, and then to remove it prior to vaginal entry -- though this would obviously not appeal to those who find this practice erotic specifically because of its perceived "dirtiness". It is conceivable that an enema prior to anal intercourse would lower the risk of infection, though an enema will not eliminate all of the coliform and other bacteria that normally inhabit the bowels (and which are responsible for many UTIs).

Acts similar to "Ass to pussy" include "Ass to Mouth" (A2M), and "Ass to Ass", (A2A), in which one alternates insertion of an object between two or more anuses.

Trivia

In most mainstream pornographic productions it is a common practice for the passive partner of an anal scene to use a small enema before the shoot in order to remove feces from the anus.
