Association for Global New Thought is an umbrella organization for the New Thought Movement. In a 1997 internal document, Living Enrichment Center staff wrote:

<blockquote>"Mary (and LEC) have been the motivating force behind the new church group, The Association for Global New Thought (AGNT), an alliance started by the seven largest New Thought churches to provide an enhanced image for New Thought. Headquartered in Chicago, AGNT will sponsor conferences, provide a marketing vehicle for New Thought churches and speakers, and provide a cohesive network for the sale and distribution of New Thought educational materials, services and conferences. The first project already underway is A Season for Nonviolence, beginning on January 30, 1998 (the 50th anniversary of Gandhi's assassination) and ending on April 4, 1998 (the 30th anniversary of Martin Luther King's assassination). AGNT has already been joined by the Gandhi & King Foundations, as well as other organizations, in developing this project. The kickoff event is January 30, 1998, and Mary will be a featured speaker along with Arun Gandhi and a representative of the King family. It is anticipated that this event will receive national media attention." <ref> Living Enrichment Center: The 21st Century Church. Ministry Partnerships. Page 5.</ref></blockquote>
