Freeman is regarded as the fourth best prospect in the Braves’ minor league system, according to Scout.com[2], being listed by the publication as having "an advanced idea of what to do at the plate, especially considering his age." He possesses good pitch recognition, which "leads to an ability to drive the ball, and seems to be even better with runners on base." Freeman has been compared to Adrian Gonzalez, first baseman of the San Diego Padres.[3]

Arodys Vizcaino (born November 13, 1990 in Yaguate, Dominican Republic) was a pitcher in the New York Yankees organization prior to being traded to the Atlanta Braves with Melky Cabrera, Mike Dunn, and $500,000 in exchange for Javier Vazquez and Boone Logan on December 23, 2009.[4] He was the Yankees' third best prospect according to Baseball America.[5]

The Yankees signed Vizcaino on July 2, 2007.
