An Attention stream is the name given to the concept of describing a method of gathering and presenting data according to 'tags' attached to that data.
For instance, some websites search the web for images, blog entries and other media, all of which have been identified ('tagged') as referring to a particular concept, and present these on the same page.
Attention stream presentation thus provides an impressionistic picture of concepts currently being discussed.
