Ayukawa Shinobu (鮎川忍) is a Japanese AV actress, who used her martial arts abilities on catfighting and femdom videos.

She has also worked under the alias Eri Matsui (松井絵理) on some of her videos. With this alias, she shares name with a Japanese fashion designer.

While it is in doubt if her AV colleagues Nagai Erika and Miyama Chiharu are actual martial artists; it is confirmed that Miss Ayukawa does have knowledge in the martial arts, as she has been seen on an issuse of a martial arts magazine. She is highly known for her works with the Soft On Demand AV company, despite the brief time spent on the aforementioned company. Out of SOD, it has been known to date that she worked on indy catfighting themed videos. With this information, it is appearant that her indy career it is extremely short, almost non-existant.

Some of her distinctive features are, a large black mole on the right side of her nose (perhaps a birth mark) and pierced ears. In an article from the Mainichi Daily News publshed on October 18 of 2001, it mentioned that Shinobu as Eri Matsui; suffered a dislocated shoulder while facing some "rapists" and still had to be part of a 20 men "rape attack."

Due that years have passed since her latest work and that there has not been any news on Miss Ayukawa's current status; it is possible she has retired from adult videos, considering there have not been any works with her recently.
