Azamat Sh. Abdoullaev is the ontologist and theoretical physicist who formulated a universal formal ontology and semantics for human beings and computing machines ^[1]. Within the unified framework ontology, he suggested several innovative concepts:

Reverse, reversible, or inverse causality (causation) ^[2];

Unified Standard Entity Classification System, USECS ^[3];

Standard Ontology and Semantics Model ^[4];

Integrated Model of Science and Technology ^[5]

He is currently working on the following concepts:

Semantic Reality or Intelligent World as a generalization of IBM's Smarter Planet ^[6] and Cisco's Intelligent Urbanization Global Initiatives ^[7];

Converged intelligence of Nature, Mind, Society, and Technology and the Wisdom Semantic Web.

As a practical realization, he is developing the green energy network, common knowledge grid and open intelligent platform for smart ecocommunities, intelligent cities, regions, nations and global communities, advancing the implementation of the socio-technical projects:
