Azerbaijan–Canada relations refer to Interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Canada

The Canadian ambassador in Ankara is accredited to Azerbaijan, while the Azerbaijanis opened an embassy in Canada in late 2004, naming Fakhraddin Gurbanov as Ambassador.

Canadian firms are active in Azerbaijan's oil and gas industry and Canada is seeking to increase its stake in the petroleum and energy transmission sector. Bilateral trade was C$12.6 million in 2004 and represented mostly Canadian exports.

CIDA provides funding for Canadian technical assistance to Azerbaijan through regional projects and a Canada Fund for local development projects is managed by the Canadian Embassy in Ankara, Turkey.
