Aziz Kristof (b. May 1962) also known as Master Aziz Polish, was born in Poland and joined the Polish army when he was 21. After leaving the army he read everything he could get his hands on, from Zen, Tibetan Buddhism (particularly Dzogchen and Mahamudra), Upanishads and Sufism. He additionally studied with the great teachers, like Krishnamurti, Rajneesh, Sri Ramana, and Maharishi. He followed the path of Self-realization according to Buddhist and Hindu Traditions, practicing for many years in Korea, Japan, Thailand and India. He completed his spiritual journey fully, reaching the traditional Enlightenment.

In the mid 1990s he began teaching and wrote books on spiritual enlightment, including: Enlightenment Beyond Traditions (ISBN: 81-208-1652-8), Transmission of Awakening (ISBN: 81-208-1694-3), and The Human Buddha (ISBN: 81-208-1754-0).
