SAN JUAN COMMUNITY LIBRARY @ BUCAPLAA...Books, Computers, and Activities to Strengthen our Community
The San Juan Community Library @ BUCAPLAA is located on Apolo Avenue right off of Highway I after the Interamerican University in Cupey, Puerto Rico.
The library was started in 1987 as one of the few "lending libraries" in San Juan.
We now have more than 20,000 materials in our bilingual collection.
Books are available for in-house reading and for reading at home to library members.
Our collection includes reference materials, fiction, non-fiction, young adult, children's books and an extensive Puerto Rican collection,including archive files for Puerto Rico's 72 municipalities.
The library has a network of computer terminals complete with high speed internet access available for use by the general public.
