Babacar M'Baye Gueye (born 2 March 1986 in Dakar) is a Senegalese football striker. He currently plays for Alemannia Aachen.

Career

Gueye began his career with Génération Foot[1] and joined FC Metz in 2002. On 27 January 2009, the Senegalese striker was loaned to CS Sedan where he remained until June 2009.[2] On 23 July 2009 he signed a four-year contract with German club Alemannia Aachen[3] for a transfer fee of 500.000 Euro.[4]

International career

Gueye is current member of the Senegal national football team with 25 appearances and goals.[5]

Personal life

His younger brother is ex-Metz midfielder Ibrahima Gueye who now plays for CS Louhans-Cuiseaux and his cousin is Momar N'Diaye, who also plays for Metz.
