Badwill is a negative self-inflicted image of an
corporation (or
any other organization) that is created by the actions
(or lack of actions) taken by the same corporation. It could be due
lack not abiding to government regulations, lying to the general
public and shareholders or abuse of work force in LDCs etc. The
outcome could be decrease in revenue because the buyers prefer to
avoid products or services from that corporation.
