Baggage Airline Guest Services (BAGS, Inc.) is a
remote skycap company
based in Orlando, Florida. BAGS serves guests by
printing airlineboarding
passes and bag tags from off-airport (remote) locations. BAGS then takes luggage
directly to the airport for customers. BAGS key partner is
ARINC Incorporated which
provides system engineering and data communications to their
airlines.
BAGS also runs the
Magical Express program for Walt Disney World which takes guests
luggage directly from the Orlando International Airport to Disney
resort hotels and allows them to check their luggage through to
participating airlines and make the most of the last day of their
vacation.
