Overview

Baldwin Hills features the lives of wealthy African American teens growing up in the Los Angeles neighborhood Baldwin Hills. Baldwin Hills has been called the "African-American version" of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and The Hills. However, the show has been noted for having more parental involvement on the show than Laguna Beach, where parents almost seemed nonexistent. Many viewers feel that the show is scripted, however, many of show's cast members have defended the show, stating that these are real problems with real people.

Every season had an order of ten episodes, Season one premiered July 7, 2007. Season two began on June 24, 2008, after the BET Awards "Black Carpet" post-show. Season three began January 27 2009, and was the first season to not air over the Summer season.

On October 17, 2009, Tv.spreadit.org confirmed there will be a season 4, but no air date was released in their statement.[1]
