Bando Gora is a fictional cult in the Star Wars universe, appearing in the game Star Wars: Bounty Hunter

The Bando Gora was a faction of powerful dark side Witches who operated sometime before and until the Battle of Naboo. The cult ruled through fear on outer rim and uncivillized worlds in the galaxy, often killing those who stood in their way or refused to convert. The Bando Gora once attacked the Outland Transit station, forcing Dexter Jettster to sell his stocks on the station.

Some years afterward, the cult of Witches attacked and tried to conquer the people of Baltizaar until the Galactic Republic requested Jedi intervention. The Jedi were overwhelmed and underprepared for the Bando Gora's true power, many falling in battle before a handful remained. Among the Jedi taskforce was Komari Vosa who was captured by the cult and brutally tortured before finally succumbing to the Dark Side, breaking free and slaughtering her captors before taking the reigns of the cult herself. Shortly after the Battle of Naboo, the Bando Gora produced a potent strain of death stick with a powerful narcotic that turned anyone who used it into mindless slaves for Vosa, mindlessly carrying out her bidding.

Most of their ranks were culled from various slaves and other "worthless" individuals. The Bando Gora themselves came in several forms, though few resembled their old selves. The lower-ranked members functioned as "grunts", and they simply charged at their prey, brutally beating them to death. Some were trained to use a sort of blowgun, which fired poisonous darts. They were distinguished by their black hoods and the red glow in their eyes. Higher-ranked members were somewhat more intelligent, and were capable of speech. Most functioned as Vosa's personal attendants. They wielded large vibro-axes in battle, and often wore hideous skull-masks. Their eyes glowed a bluish color.

The cult soon proved to be a threat to the Republic and the Sith lords, Count Dooku and Darth Sidious. Dooku hired Jango Fett, an infamous bounty hunter to track down Vosa for a sum of 5 million republic credits, an offer that few could refuse. After chasing the dark Jedi down to the burial moon of Bogden, penetrating her heavily defended fortress and engaged in a furious battle, finally besting Komari, but spared her life. Dooku had other ideas and used the dark side to choke her to death, finally ending the Bando Gora cult and smashing their ring of terror.
Dooku also used the elimination of Komari to find the perfect specimen to create the clone army. Thus whichever bounty hunter succeded in killing Komari would be the prototype for the clone army. The only other competitor for Jango Fett was the bounty hunter Montross, whom he killed during his quest to find Vosa. Also, when Jango made a prison break to retrieve Bendix Fust, he stole the infamous Slave I a KSE Firespray patrol ship that is one of the last of its kind. In addition, he ran into his soon-to-be partner, Zam Wesell.
