Baou Trust is a New York based family
trust, founded in 1997.
Originally established in AthensGreece, as MPC Trust, it changed its name in
September 2004.
The trust is overseen by a single trustee, Katerina Theohari, an artist
and painter originally from MykonosGreece. It manages a number of commercial and
charitable
activities through one or more wholly-owned subsidiaries, including
Baou, Inc., QuakeAID,
Inc.
