Barcelona Business School (BBS), established in 2002 by the Global Council for Management Education, is an independent privately held educational institution, offering international higher education at both the undergraduate (Associate, Bachelor) and graduate (Master) level.

International character and methodology

BBS was introduced to provide international higher education in the field of business and management while mainly focusing on the multicultural aspect of international education by attracting students and lecturers coming from all around the world. BBS also focuses on providing professionally oriented education by using case studies during classes and by organizing company visits, seminars and workshops.

Since early 2006, BBS is part of the UIBS group, with 3 other satellite campuses planned to open in October 2007 in Antwerp, Brussels and Valencia. Students will be able to easily switch between campuses without interrupting their studies.

All international degree programs are based on and fully compatible with the widely recognized European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).
