Barry James is a stage actor and singer.

Biography

James' theatre credits include "Thenardier" in the London production of Les Miserables, "Seymour" in the original West End production of Little Shop of Horrors (he recently starred in the highly acclaimed London revival of this show, this time playing "Mr Mushnik"), "Mr Bumble" in Cameron Mackintosh's Oliver! at the London Palladium. He appears on the recordings of two Bernard J. Taylor musicals - Nosferatu the Vampire (in which he created the role of Renfeld) and Much Ado, for which he created the role of Leonato. James created the role of "Cogsworth" the clock in the stage version of Disney's Beauty and the Beast a role he reprised on the UK Tour.
