BaseLoc is a software division of GPS Police that develops HQ, the server software and vehicle tracking web site used by GPS Police customers to monitor and locate their vehicles.
The company offers a turn-key solution to other organizations or companys wishing to offer GPS tracking products and services much like GPS Police does.
In addition to supporting GPS Police, BaseLoc develops custom Automatic_vehicle_location / Telematics / Vehicle Tracking solutions for very large enterprise fleets and independent GPS Vehicle Tracking resellers.
For example, a company with 2,500 commercial vehicles may desire full control over the AVL server backend, administration tools, frontend web site, and billing software, without having to initiate and sustain a length in-house development project.
Or, a company may wish to quickly enter the tracking business and host its own AVL customer web site without committing time and resources to software development.
