Elections to the Parliament of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, Spain, were held on November 30, 1986.[1]

The Socialists won 19 seats, the PNV came second with 17 seats, the Batasuna party and Eusko Alkartasuna each won 13 seats, and Euskadiko Ezkerra won 9 seats.
