The Bay Counties League - West is a small-school athletic
conference located in the Bay Area. The league is a member of the
North Coast Section, one of eight sections that comprise the
California Interscholastic Federation. There are two divisions of
the BCL West, BCL West I and BCL West II. Twelve member schools,
all with enrollments under 400. The athletic conference is composed
