The Beaver Street Brewery and Whistle Stop Cafe opened in March 1994.
The family oriented 190 seat restaurant and bar features a display kitchen with a copper clad wood fired pizza oven.
The kitchen and brewery activity can be viewed from nearly every seat in the bar and restaurant.
