Behemoth (pronounced "Bee-He-Moth") was a competitor robot created by Anthony Pritchard, Michael Pritchard and Kane Aston that took part in the UK TV series Robot Wars in all series except Robot Wars UK Series 1 and continues to compete in the UK robot competions including the recent 2006 UK championships where they were seeded third.

Series 2

Heat D Originally aired November 27th 1998 on BBC2
Behemoth battled Elvis in the heat. In the heat final, Behemoth versed Inquisitor to make it to the semi-finals.
Semi-Finals Originally aired 19th February 1999 on BBC2
In the Semis, Behemoth lost to Killertron.

Series 3

Round 1 vs. Shark Attack - Won

Round 2 vs. General Carnage - Won

Round 3 vs. Pitbull - Lost

First World Championships

First launched on VHS-only 13th March 2000, the World Championships first appeared on television on BBC Choice on November 16th 2001, and later on BBC2 December 28th 2001. It was also released on DVD.

Eliminators: v. Technolease: Won by knockout

Quarter-Finals: v. Mortis: Won by knockout

Semi-Finals: v. Diotoir: Won by judge's decision

Final: v. Razer: Lost by judge's decision

Series 4

Round 1 vs. Arnold, Arnold Terminnegger vs. Rambot - Qualified by judge's decision

Round 2 vs. Judge Shred 2 - Won by knockout

Round 3 vs. X-Terminator 2 - Lost by judge's decision

Behemoth also competed in the Sumo Basho and managed to last the whole 60 seconds allowed, tying with X-Terminator for second place.

Round 2 vs. Bigger Brother - Lost

Behemoth was on the offensive, flipping Bigger Brother all over the place. But Bigger Brother self-righted and struck back, slamming the pit release and clamping Behemoth. They then drove the helpless giant into the pit.

Robot Wars Extreme 2

Iron Maidens sees Behemoth battle Riptilion and Kat3. But with a twist, women are at the controls. Liz (Mother of Michael and Anthony Pritchard) and Claire (now Michael's Wife). Behemoth and Kat3 go through. Next up, against Chompalot, Behemoth is knocked out after having the link knocked out by Shunt and are pitted by Chompalot.

Series 7

Round 1 vs. UFO vs. Tartarus vs. Crushtacean - Qualified

Behemoth pulled its wieght here, flipping over Tartarus, and flipping out its deep-seated rival Crushstacean

Round 2 vs. Mute - Lost

Behemoth was flipping Mute again and again, and Mute was performing its 360-degree self righting, when it landed right on top of Behemoth! Behemoth suddenly lost control and flew forward! Refbot had no choice but to count it out. After the match, Behemoth had to be deactivated manually by the technical team, and it was revelaed htat the failsafe had come loose.
