Ben Pickering (born 1979) is a British Conservative Party member and Executive Director of the Young Britons' Foundation (YBF), a London-based think-tank which he established with Donal Blaney and Greg Smith in 2003 to help train British Conservative activists.

The former Chairman of Wales Conservative Future (1999-2001), and also a former film-maker, he currently lives in London where, in addition to his work at YBF, he is also researching a PhD on "New Europe versus Old Europe: the political implications of eastward enlargement".
