Bernard is a crazed LCFC fan who seems to tour Leicestershire. He has recently been sectioned. Bernard was often seen in rural villages such as Quorn, Sielby and Syston, and more often in Leicester and was always seen to wear his leciester city shirt and other scabby clothes. Many rumours were spread around about him. One rumour claimed that Bernard had a wife and children. There is still a dispute amongst the general public of Leicestershire which asks whether Bernard had learning difficulties, or was always drunk. The drunken idea is brought about by the fact that he always moved around the streets swearing at everyone in site. Another rumour was that Bernard managed to attend every single Leicester City match without paying. How he pulled this off, nobody knows.
