She was born Rosalita Berta Evelyn Angela Frances Chevallier-Boutell in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She was the fourth daughter of Sir Francis Hepburn de Chevallier-Boutell and Rosa Granero of Montevideo. Raised by the Earl Kitchener.
Francis, Knight of Saint John, was born at Aspall Hall, England, from Mary Chevallier (1808-1880) and Charles Boutell (1812-1877).
She married at the age of sixteen sir Sidebottom, a wealthy British industrial, and had three children with him.
She married secondly Mark Webb-Reder(1888-1971), from whom she had three children:
-Peter John Reder
-Frank Mark Reder(1922-2003) who married Eva von Dluhosch. from Bohemia, and had three children: Sandra Maria Reder, Eva Victoria Reder and Mark Eric Reder.
-Joseph George Reder.
Bertha married at last a rich californian.
