Bertrand Favreau is a French lawyer born in Bordeaux in 1947.[1]

He is the founding president and the Charmain of "The Ludovic-Trarieux International Human Rights Prize" .[2]. Also the founding president of European Lawyers Union (UAE) in 1986. [3]. Chairman of the European Bar Human Rights Institute (IDHAE) [4].
