The Best of Collegiate A Cappella is an annual
compilation album featuring 17-19 of the year's best individual
collegiate a cappella tracks.
The
album was originally conceived by Deke Sharon on behalf of The Contemporary A Cappella
Society. Tracks are chosen each year by Deke Sharon and Don Gooding after listening
to every collegiate a cappella album released during the previous
year, although a cappella groups must pre-order a set number of
BOCA CDs in order to be eligible for a track on the
album.
