Stories of the Beuche are common in Anglo-Saxon
folklore. The Beuche is frequently described as a humanoid biped
with a bright yellow mane. The Beuche, according to the myths, is
not to be feared. Rather, the Beuche is remarkably accomodating of
other people's wishes. In fact, certain Germanic tribes would hunt
for the very helpful Beuche as sport. Recently, reports of a
domesticated Beuche have surfaced in the Northeast United States.
However, the relevant authorities have dismissed these sightings as
unreliable, as all the witnesses have been dangerously drunk.
