Beware (band): Wikis

Beware is a nu-metalcore band from Travnik, Bosnia and Herzegovina. As J.R.R. Tolkien in his book "Silmarillion" created a brand new world from a nothingness using just the power of music, nu-metalcore band Beware is
using the same power to continue the storytelling, and also to articulate
their own thoughts on ancient battle between fair and evil, light and dark.
Such Beware is most obvious in their song Solitude:

We stand under the sky of eternity<br>
So tired in our apathy,<br>
Just to lie down and sleep for a while<br>
Awaiting to release

Band history

Beware was formed in July, 1999 in a youth organization Alter Art in Travnik. At the beginning there were only three members: Dalibor Brdar (guitar, vocals), Eduard Pjanic (bass) and Orhan Ibrakovic (drums). First year passed with no live performances, because band members were working on their own material. Eduard soon left the band.

Band stops working till December, 2003, when brothers Boris i Miroslav Kapetan joined in. They used to play in hardcore band called Menticide. Dragan Ličanin was playing vocals and guitar for Beware at that time. In June, 2005 Dalibor Brdar left the band and was replaced by Fahrudin Kujundžić .
