Biała is a river in southern Poland, right tributary of the Wisła River. Its sources are located in the Silesian Beskids, on the slopes of Klimczok, Szyndzielnia and Magura mountains, in the elevation of about 800 m. Most important towns and villages located on its banks are Bystra Śląska, Bielsko-Biała and Czechowice-Dziedzice.

Biała is the border river separating historical lands of Silesia and Lesser Poland. From 1316 it formed the boundary between the Duchy of Cieszyn and the Duchy of Oświęcim, and later between Poland and historical Czech lands. It separates Cieszyn Silesia from Lesser Poland.
